Is the whey iso 100 good for lactose intolerant people?

Best Answer:  Since it's a hydrolyzed whey isolate, virtually all lactose has been removed. Most of our clients who have mentioned having lactose intolerance have not had issues with this product at all.

Best Answer:  For me the regular whey protein would cause digestive issues and feeling bloated. Since I switched to ISO100 I have yet to have a problem with any bloating or stomach issues. I would consider it a good option if you are lactose intolerant. I have been using it for over 4 years.
