      Adults take 1 capsule once a day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

      Warning

      This product contains Biotin which may interfere with lab/blood tests, and Nicotinic Acid which may cause a niacin flush, especially on an empty stomach. Symptoms for Nicotinic Acid are transient and may include burning, tingling, itching sensations, reddening of the skin, dizziness, and/or shortness of breath.       Does contain methyl form of folate
      This is an old picture of the product. The new formulation is what you find in their inventory now - 7.2020. Excellent product which contains best form of the B vitamins with just 100% of the methylated folate. I don't want more than the 100% dosage of that particular B vit.

      No complaints at all. Great product for a solid price. I highly recommend. Seems to contain the key B vitamin components (i.e., what you really need) for a good price.

      Compare apples to apples
      Have been taking this for 3+ years. Used to go for the less expensive B complexes until I learned that most of them actually contain "Cyanicobalamin" vice "Methylcobalamin." Yep, I did the homework and the first one IS just what it sounds like.

      This B-Complex formulation is the one I always look for. It does not cause flushing or upset stomach. Also doesn't have too strong of a B Vitamin smell.

      Jarrow B-Right currently appears to be backordered for days to weeks not only on this website, but on other online health retailers that I've checked. Seems like it is difficult to get all of a sudden - never encountered that before for this type of product. Does anyone have any recommendations for other B Complex Vitamins that are just as good as the Jarrow brand?

      Best Answer:  I can not elaborate on the yeast content. I only no what the label states and I have listed that below. I hope this helps.

      No wheat, no gluten, no soybeans, no dairy, no egg, no fish/shellfish, no peanuts/tree nuts

      The Product Info states that this contains methyl Folate, but the Supplement Facts don't agree and instead state just "Folate". Which is it?

      Best Answer:  The picture is old. As of 7-2020, this product is formulated with the methylated form of folate. The new label reflects this.
