    Best Answer:  I have been taking Bergamot for 4 months and have no problem swallowing the pills. To me they are normal size.

    Cannot take statins (rare but serious allergic reaction), but need something to stabilize cholesterol levels. Does this fit the need ..?? LDL is too high and HDL is barely at 60.

    Best Answer:  Research policosanol...you don't want to be taking statins even if you could tolerate. Also look into
    arjuna...theVitaminShoppe can help with both (no, I don't work there, never have). Good luck, "where there's a will, there's a way".
