No Jitters
Today was my first dose of this product, and since I'm sensitive to caffeine, I started with only one pill. After a few hours of not feeling any adverse side effects, I felt it was safe to take another pill. It's too soon to gauge if any fat burning is happening, but I do like that I've had no jitters at all. I'll continue to take it, and am looking forward to the results.

Not good anymore. They changed some thing about it. It does not work. I've been using it for two years. It seems like they change the ingredient messes your stomach up and you won't get any results. Work out hard no results unless you have a great metabolism stubborn fat will stay on the way they change the formula.

If you know about this before the rebrand of GAT, this was IT. Great addition to anyone cutting, it helps a lot and not only suppresses your appetite but gives you the caffeine boost for energy. Do you NEED this to lose fat weight? No. Does it HELP you to lose fat weight? Yes. I've used this before when it was the clear bottle with the red label (Google it).

Works great, but be careful
This supplement does what it says, but be careful and ease into the dosage. If you aren't used to caffeine or any uppers of any kind, start with one. This is powerful stuff. If you take too much it will give you all kinds of anxiety and rage. Proceed with caution.
