The bottle for this product lists soy-free, gluten-free, and other "free"s but it doesn't list caffeine. However, it doesn't list caffeine as an ingredient, either. Although I am not a company spokesperson, I'm confident that caffeine is not in this product. In many of my various attempts at giving up caffeine, L-Tyrosine is and has been a favorite ingredient for vitality, recommended by many supplement advocates.

  I've been taking this amino acid with a few others for years with positive results. I take these aminos to help control my anxiety and to help improve my memory and concentration. I take 500mg of each amino and a bufferd vitamin C first thing every morning on an empty stomach with no apparent side effects. Hope this is helpful.
