Why one star?
It's not for me.My first dose gave me such a weird feeling. It felt almost out of body. I won't be using it. If anyone wants it, they can have it.

Great taste, great sunflower lecithin product!
In my opinion, this is a great product which tastes fresh and blends nicely in my morning oatmeal. I have tried several brands of lecithin and this one is my favorite. I always feel better after having a dosage daily for at least a week, for a few weeks and my bones feel stronger!

Works fine, doesn't mix well
The powder is clumpy if you add product in one big spoon at a time. You have to sprinkle it in and then stir vigorously to get to dissolve. Even then, you're going to have clumps in the bottom. Just get the gel caps!!! But on the food it's not terrible.

Best Answer:  No it does not come with a scoop. I just use a table spoon and mix it into a mug of warm to hot water (170-180 degrees). What doesn't disolve clumps up - no problem. Tastes good.
