      Best Form of Magnesium for the Brain
      Liposomal Magnesium L-Threonate significantly raises magnesium levels in the brain, which most other forms of magnesium cannot do effectively. I take it Monday to Friday.

      Proof is in the science.
      There is no comparison to standard magnesium glycinate vs Lipisomal Magnesium (Magtein). Multiple comorbidities cause depleted magnesium levels in my situation. Years of taking standard magnesium glycinate 2x/day, and the difference for me has been humbling. Feeling the marked difference now is a bit heartbreaking realizing all the years lost feeling no noticeable difference taking the standard. This has also been a joint education process for my medical provider as the science speaks through lab results and physical improvements. I am so grateful for this.

      This pharmacist approves
      I am a pharmacist with a history of migraine episodes. I've been switching between magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate from a common OTC brand for years. The first night I took Codeage's magnesium threonate, I quickly felt the calming effect of this product before bed. I was hesitant at first to purchase this due to the cost and having to take 3 pills per serving but I will be repurchasing! Worth the money and I think it is helping.

      Liposomal Magnesium L-Threonate
      product has made a big difference. I 'm sleeping better, longer, uninterrupted - it does not make me sleepy, yet I fall asleep easily & stay asleep. Awakening, I feel refreshed, energetic, focused & less edgy. Don't get me wrong. It is not a "magic" pill. I think my experience is related to consistently getting 7-8 hrs uninterrupted sleep. It is tasteless and dissolves easily in liquid. Codeage is a solid company that regulates the quality of their products. Tried it on a whim, so glad I did. Am pretty surprised that it makes such a difference

      Great for sleep!!!
      I've been taking this supplement for about a month now and I've been so happy with the results. I typically take forever to fall asleep, and then wake up frequently in the night. I only average about 4-5 hours of sleep a night. Since taking this product, I fall asleep much faster (within minutes) and stay asleep with only minimal waking in the night. Now I'm averaging 7-8 hours of sleep a night and thus feel so much better overall! When I used to wake in the night it would take me a long time to…
