For those that reviewed this without understanding a preworkout?that's on you, not the product!!! Beta Alanine is why!
This is a great preworkout! We use it as family. As a female, I take much less than the boys in our household!! The results are great! The flavor is pretty good!
Know what the point of the product is and why it reacts the way it does before you buy and review. It's important to understand what you consume. Once you do, it all makes sense.

Absolutely 100% my favorite from Ryse. Spot on to country time lemonade and gives great energy and pump. Out of all the flavors I've had from them this one is definitely the best.

Dissatisfaction with side effects
My son is 16 yo football player and wanted to use pre-workout . He reports it makes his skin feel like it is itching all over, but he has had some episodes of increased nausea and even vomiting post workout. He says the taste is good, but not worth the side effects. Had purchased 2 containers for Christmas, so will try to return the unopened one!!

Little bit of a punch
This time was a little surprising with the tingling feeling, but overall a great taste, ease dose, and lasting effects. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good pre workout drink.

No hype at all!
One of the best PWO that I tried In a very long time. Energy wise it's hands down the best and lasts for a while. The pumps were good and solid. Now for taste it depends how much water you put obviously but the exact amount needed taste just like country time from when I haf It as a kid. Thank you RYSE and vitamin shoppe Paramus nj

Very sweet lemonade! This formula different than the other load it's because of the lower caffeine in some ingredient changes but it's good enough for me to have long energy and endurance

Tastes like real lemonade! 10/10
Tastes just like lemonade but more on the home made sourness but I love it!! It reminds me of the real thing not the concentrated lemonade you get from a gas station. Gives you stupid energy and if your not used to taking high amounts of caffeine or if you haven't eaten, don't take two scoops lol you will get sick?I found out the hard way drinking it on a empty stomach lol
