Purchased for my Blue-Eyed Truck Driver
My domestic partner is a blue-eyed, over the road truck driver. I had purchased other brands of Lutein elsewhere but he didn't seem to get the full benefits as I thought he should. Even he told me that he has noticed a big difference between this brand and others. His eyes are clearer, he doesn't suffer from eye strain as much and he says he even sees clearer while driving at night. I've noticed his eyes are much brighter too. Reduces dryness in the eyes
I have real dry eyes . They would burn most of the day . After taking this Lutein and bilberry 2 x a day for a month , no more dry eyes . I still take it now 1 x a day . It is worth the money!

Lutein 20mg
I read this is helpful for eye health. It is a bit pricey so I take it 4 times/wk.with food. In my opinion it is one of those products that help long term, sobest to just add it into your mix of supplements on a regular basis as thehealth of your eyes is very important. In order to help my budget I takeadvantage of all the VS promotions (such as this one where I receive extrapoints for writing a review) and the B1G1 1/2 price twice yearly for VS brands.

How big and what shape are these softgels?

Best Answer:  The are an oval gel cap and a little bigger then the tip of the finger. Not as small as a Vitamin D gel cap but not really much larger than that.

Best Answer:  I don't know what that ingredient is. The 20mg lutein was recommended by my eye surgeon many years ago.

Best Answer:  Some comes from tapioca starch and for others skin and bones from animals. Both take many steps under carefully controlled humidity conditions and are very fragile throughout the entire process before the finished capsules arrive to be filled with medication.
