Perimenopause + Mag/Ashwagandha

I take this tablet about an hour before bed. It helps me to relax (as I am in a high stress occupation) and get a better night's sleep. It also helps with gentle, regular BMs in the morning after a glass of morning water. Highly recommend, especially for perimenopausal women.

It may be a great but way too big to swallow!

Why does New Chapter make such large pills? This is chalky and hard to get down, and creates a choking hazard. I tried cutting it in half, but it's still pretty big and sticks. I have a whole bottle I can't use. I would gladly take four small pills to equal one if that is the only solution.

Help with recovery but hard to swallow

I recently started a new workout routine that had my muscles feeling super sore and fatigued, and these helped me a lot with recovery and relaxation at the end of the day. The bottle is super high quality and looks and feels lux. There are a lot of pills in the bottle, and you only have to take one a day so it lasts a lot longer than a lot of supplements. The one issue I had with this is the tablets are quite large, so it can be hard to swallow them if that is an issue for you. Other than that, these are helpful and helped my recovery.

I have been taking these consistently and I do believe that they have been working! I felt more relaxed and have noticed a difference in my muscle recovery and how I feel at the end of the day. The tablets are easy enough to take even though they are a little large. I love how becoming a glass bottle and not plastic. The fact that they are non-GMO project verified in test for things like heavy metals and pesticides give me more confidence and what I'm putting in my body. Overall, I'm happy with the supplement and would try it again.

Big and good tablet

Big tables but easy to take. I've been taking this magnesium for a couple of weeks now and I really like it. It has become a nice part of my night routine and I feel more relaxed after taking it. It's just 1 tablet a day and it doesn't have any smell or taste and it's vegan! Overall I'm happy with the product.

Pills are OK. No real difference

The pills are ok, I haven't noticed any significant change. I'm more of a gummy person than a hard pill..these pills are very large so a little hard to swallow. You only take one a day so breaking in half is doable. I don't think I would order again. Great packaging though!
