Big pills but worth it !
These are some pretty large pills but honestly for how much better I feel (stress and anxiety wise) it's worth it. One big pill a day and I try to take it in the morning with my other pills. So honestly 10 outta 10 for these !!

Supplement for rest
I really liked the components of this capsule since they have magnesium and ashwagandha, and it is ideal for me since I suffer from stress, apart from the fact that this helps you rest better and relax both components, the capsule is large, but you should only take one a day, in my case as I want to improve the quality of my sleep I took one at night, it does not have any specific flavor since you swallow it with the help of water, I want as soon as I finish ordering it again I investigate it and it has a good price.

Relaxing effects
I started taking this about two weeks ago and I have noticed at bedtime I am way more relaxed and seem to be getting a better night sleep. I am not sure if that's what this supplement is for but it's what it is doing for me.

Healthy overall!
I have always been taking magnesium but when I had the opportunity to take it with ashwagandha I couldn't pass it up. I definitely love this product because it's effective and has helped my overall health. There's really no taste to it and I love that it comes in a glass jar so that it is protected from any plastics or other chemicals placed in plastics. I highly recommend this product it's a must try!

tablets are too big
I love this magnesium, but the tablets are too big. Could you make them smaller? They get stuck in my throat every time, and I'm scared to take them right now
