Ah, relief!

Liking after a week
I don't know if this has made a difference in my mood, but this has definitely improved my sleep. I fall asleep easier and faster when taking this product and I do not wake up feeling groggy. These pills are much easier to take then the magnesium powder I normally take and I feel like it has been more effective. I have no problem swallowing the pills. I will purchase again when I finish this bottle to see results with continued use.

I been using it for a month and I have to notice any difference. I did to feel bad after I took every pill since I always did it after eating. I did not taste any nasty flavor. Y pill bottle is a good size! I wish the pills were smaller.

Worth a try.
Works well enough. Been using few weeks and notice a small relief. Pills are big enough so make sure to take with liquid and food. Helped me feel less on edge. Worth a try.

All the ingredients in this product are known to help reduce stress and anxiety. It's hard to really notice the difference within the first few weeks but I'm still trying to. Packaging is regular for this type of product. Taste is almost okay

These capsules are so worth it!
These anti stress capsules have been such a plus for me. With healthy ingredients that help with stress levels, is what makes this formula so good. I highly recommend these if you are looking for a healthy anti stress formula.

Bad taste
These pills are slightly large and they have a bad taste when they hit your tongue. I have tried other supplements of ashagawanda which does not require two pills and they do not have a taste. I'd give this one a 3/5.

Smooth going down
These have helped me tremendously. I have no side effects except feeling much better. The pill is easy to go down and doesn't make my stomach hurt on my throat. I take it at night and I feel much better rested.
