Easy to take, not effective for me

These were easy to take since they're not too big and don't have a bad taste or smell. Unfortunately, I didn't notice a change in my stress or sleep, even after taking them for a few weeks.

great supplement for calming the nerves!

pros- minimal ingredients, helped make me less irritable (just started my cycle so I can definitely notice), made me feel less anxious during times when I have been high anxiety, easy to swallowcons- Not really any to be honest. It is like 25 bucks which isn't cheap but honestly if it was cheap I would question how clean it was/its ability to absorb!

Such a great product

I have pretty severe anxiety so. im always trying to find ways to cope and not be numb to life. I've tried both magnesium and ashwagandha separately but never thought of the 2 together. It has really helped. I dont get the stomach issues I use to have with the plain magnesium as well. I also like that it is clean! I have found that taking it around lunch helps it last for most of the day.

Great Sleep Aid

These magnesium and ashwagandha supplements work very well. I forgot to take them one night and could tell the difference in time drifting off to sleep but also sleep quality. I take mine about 1 hour before bed. They're not too big and there's no taste. When this bottle runs out I'm definitely getting more!

Solaray StressMag helped improve my occasional moo

I used Solaray StressMag supplement for several weeks and these helped with the occasional mood swings. They helped with relaxation. Most of all they were the perfect dose in an easy to swallow pill. I love that they are vegan and gluten free too for those who might be sensitive!

Two pills a day keeps the stress away

I started taking them at work to see how I would feel since I have been under a lot of stress lately. I started taking one for about two week before I move on to taking two a day. I feel a difference and don't feel so overwhelmed and help with the stress feeling. I have been on this going on three week and would buy again

Love it

Goes down easy, no upset stomach or negative side effects. Helps me relax before bed and sleep a little better. Highly recommend for women entering perimenopause for some relief of sleep issues.
