      Literally amazing, so I was having frequent headaches and I went to the doctor and had my bp checked. It ended up being 180 over something which I can't remember the systolic number.       Best Answer:  Magnesium Taurate is a great form of magnesium to help support cardiovascular health, energy production, and promoting relaxation. This supplement would not be listed as supporting lowering of blood pressure, however. If you decide to use this supplement, we recommend following the directions for best use. The directions for this item state: Take two (2) capsules twice daily, preferably with meals. If you search the term 'blood pressure' on our website, you can view the available options we offer for promotion of overall blood pressure health.
