Great Product!
I have been using this for a while now and am very pleased. I practice intermittent fasting and add this to my coffee in the morning. It adds a slight nutty flavor to my coffee and keeps me satiated until I break my fast at lunch. It's a great product and I feel the price is good as well.

My Favorite MCT Oil
This is my favorite MCT oil. I've tried a few of them. I like this one best because Nature's Way is a reputable company that provides good clean products that are also packaged well. Additionally this oil (like most MCT oils) adds no flavor/taste to what you're using it in. I use about 2 tsp to 1 tbl in my coffee. It makes the coffee smooth and less harsh without even adding cream. It also helps you burn fat by making you feel less hungry. This is approximately my 5th or 6th time purchasing this brand of MCT oil and I've always been pleased with their product so far.

Memory helpher
I definitely noted an improvement with much less "senior moments". I used 2 quick squeezes of MCT into my coffee each morning. Stopped using MCT for 2 weeks and noticed an increase in senior moments, so back to MCT. I will not be without it.

My Naturopath recommended MCT. I did a research and I bought this brand. Sadly, isn't for me. I had it for two days and upset my stomach really bad. I had cramps and I was bloated. It also upset my husband stomach. I'm not saying is a bad product, is just not for me.

Best Answer:  Yes, you can cook with MCT oil, but it's best for low to medium heat cooking. MCT oil has a smoke point of around 320°F (160°C), so it's not ideal for high-heat cooking or frying.
