      Have tried many B Complex supplements and this one seems to be the right balance of B vitamins for me. Was looking for something lower in Niacin too which is what I was looking for. So far, so good!

      I started this for nausea
      I started this for nausea in my pregnancy coupled with their magnesium glycinate and I am certain it made a difference! I tried to switch back to my prenatal once the nausea was gone and within a week started feeling extreme fatigue so I think it really helps energy levels too!

      Is the product truly corn free? Micro crystalline cellulose is often taken from corn and most B12 supplements use yeast harvested from a corn base.

      Isn't Pyridoxine hydrochloride a synthetic form of B6?   That is what I am trying to avoid. Does the fact that it has kale and broccoli in it counteract that somehow?
