Have tried many B Complex supplements and this one seems to be the right balance of B vitamins for me. Was looking for something lower in Niacin too which is what I was looking for. So far, so good!

I started this for nausea
I started this for nausea in my pregnancy coupled with their magnesium glycinate and I am certain it made a difference! I tried to switch back to my prenatal once the nausea was gone and within a week started feeling extreme fatigue so I think it really helps energy levels too!

What form is the B12? I'm sure I'm not the only one looking for a blend with methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin form of B12, folate instead of folic acid, and including choline. I'm happy to see this blend is folate instead of folic acid, but no info on the form of B12...

Best Answer:  Vegetable lubricants are based on soybean, corn, castor, canola, cotton seed and rape seed oils.Vegetable oils are environmentally friendly alternative to mineral oils since they are biodegradable. Lubrication properties of vegetable base oils are identical to those of mineral oils.The main disadvantages of vegetable lubricants are their low oxidation and temperature stabilities.

Best Answer:  Megafood Balanced B complex do not contain yeast. They are food state supplements that can even be taken on an empty stomach. I have been taking these and other Megafood supplements for decades and haven't found anything better. I have been very pleased with the results.

Best Answer:  yep, and i didn't know that "s cerevisiae" is really yeast. i was not happy, but i blame myself for not checking prior to purchasing this product. here's what i found online..."Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a species of yeast. It has been instrumental to winemaking, baking, and brewing since ancient times."
