Great iron supplement. Does not cause any GI upset for me and I take it on an empty stomach before bed. My ferritin level has significantly improved since starting this supplement. It is definitely worth the cost. Will continue to purchase!

Better than other similar products
This was gifted to me after I was found to have low ferritin levels. I have tried so many different formulations of iron and never seem to tolerate any. This is so much better than any of the others I've tried. It doesn't seem to cause constipation, the pills aren't too big and they are easy to swallow, it's vegan and filled with other vitamins such as C (which helps with absorption). Wow, smell the iron
Wow, smell the iron as soon as you open these. I had a limited mindset for years thinking I could only get my irons levels up with meat. So glad I found these. Don't ever stop making them, I can't believe how they work and give me energy after constantly taking.

Blood Builder helps save lives!
As a regular platelet donor at our local Children's Hospital, I was always dismayed if my iron level was too low for the protocol. One of the phlebotomists there recommended that I replace my iron supplement with Blood Builder, and now I always pass the screen. I also feel better than I did with any other iron supplement I'd ever tried before. Best iron supplement!
My doctor recommended these supplements after I found out I had low ferritin, and truly these have been a life saver. I don't have any negative side effects, and I have improved energy and feel overall much better when I take these. I recommend them to all my friends struggling with iron deficiency. Blood Builder has done wonders
Blood Builder has done wonders for me. I've been hit with a bad bout of arthritis in 2024 and was put on medication. My count has tipped downward some after maintaining a steady and perfect count since I started the therapy years ago. This month I am due for a retest and follow-up with my Hematologist.   I am not sure what it will do for your ferritin level. Years ago I found it to be the only brand of iron that did not cause stomach upset and digestive issues for me. My nurse midwife recommended it for my fatigue. After taking it for about a month, it did help with that problem.

  I absolutely would trust this product to keep your ferritin levels at an optimum level I find a great for me because I donate blood and you need to 12.5 and is very easy for me to maintain this level went on this product

  Hello Londi,What I've learned over the past 2yrs is that you must be consistent with taking it daily. Although my levels went from 10 to 12 within 3mths, If I go more than a week without taking it, I get tired again. You may also consider taking D3 and Magnesium as well. I've found the combination works best for me.Hope this helps.

  Hello,I take two of these a day for low iron storage. If I was anemic, I would also add Floradix Iron and Herbs and take two servings per day and two tablespoons of blackstrap molasses. Swear by all of it.If you do all of them, you should be feeling better within 72 hours.Best,mary

  I started feeling better right away. I take it everyday and within a week I was filling so much better. However, I did cut out all caffeine since it does block your body from absorbing iron.

Does anyone take this along with a multivitamin? I started taking this like a week ago along with Next Chapter Women's multi vitamin. If you do take this along with your multivitamin how has it worked for you?
