Not good
I have anemia, and this was the poorest quality iron I have ever used. It did not provide the boost in iron that I needed. It also upset my stomach. I would not purchase again.

Easy to take
These pills are easy to take and I need to take 2 of them because of my low Ferritin level. I do not have any problems with my bowels like some people do (constipation).
