Its non-whey formula is gentle on your stomach, easy to digest, and eliminates the bloating often associated with whey protein.

Directions

Mix (1) scoop of MRE LITE with 4-6 oz of water or your favorite beverage. Shake well and consume. Any time of day as a high protein, complete meal replacement.

Manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, egg, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soybeans, and sesame. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, proneto dehydration or exposed to excessive heat. Discontinue use and consult your healthcare professional. Settling may occur. Keep in a cool dry place.

No bloat, as advertised
4/5 Flavor- The artificial sweetener is obvious, but not awful. I was skeptical as some reviews said it didn't mix well, but I thought it was okay. Not completely clump free, but not bad.

5/5 quality- I've been drinking whey for so long I had just accepted bloat as part of the deal, but this was a game changer. No bloat at all!

Overall, I like the product and will give another flavor a chance in the future.

Worst tasting protein I have had I knew when I smelt it was going to be bad very artificial taste and chalky definitely wouldn't buy it
