This is the best product for digestive issues
I started taking this a couple of years after I had my gallbladder removed. The Naturopathic Doctor had suggested that I take a product that had lipase to help with the break down of fried foods and other foods.
It took me a while to really appreciate this product and it is now part of my daily regimen. I have found this multi enzyme supplement to be very helpful in the most unexpected ways, like when I ate something that quite agree with my body.

Watch out if you are Celiac patient.
Be careful Here! It says Gluten Free but when I took this product had multiple diarrhea episodes. Thought maybe it was bad food and tried again with same results. Then I read with magnifier , on bottle it lists Wheat under contents. I live 44.5 miles from nearest store and I was told I was outside the 30 day return policy. We have just had2 hurricanes in last month, you would think some help would be forthcoming.

Great Purchase!!!
This is likely the best thing that?s happened to me!! In just a few days of using supplement, I?ve gone from 1-2 BM a week to 1-2 a day!! The size of the pill is no problem, swallows easily. Also, I like the hint of mint flavor I taste when I pop them in my mouth.

These did not work for me. The digestive enzymes were unavailable, so I ordered these as a substitute. There was a significant increase in digestive issues experienced while taking. No relief was provided by these

This is a hard pill to swallow!
Seriously, hard to get these down and you're supposed to take 2 per serving. They should change the shape and make them oval so they're narrower.

Are the tablets supposed to be swallowed or chewed?

Best Answer:  I tried chewing one and it was so unpalatable I'll never try again. It has a somewhat slick surface, which makes it easy to swallow. I believe the enzymes are to do their work in the stomach rather than in the mouth, so it wouldn't be important to chew them.

Best Answer:  Slightly larger than a circular aspirin pill and about 1 1/2 as thick. It is worth taking because it works very well for digestion.

Best Answer:  My observation is that they are uncoated. They seem to be a "pressed" amalgam of the ingredients, which can be used tasted if kept on the tongue more than a few seconds.
