Incorrect description. Trust the bottle.
The ingredients list on the bottle itself does not match what Vitamin Shoppe has posted in the description. For instance, this product is methylated. The B12 is not cyanocobalamin.

Not for me!
The taste is better than others I?ve tried but I can?t tell if the vitamin blend actually helps due to the stimulant effect of the ginseng. I get a rush of useless nervous energy followed by a crash. I can?t in good judgment recommend this product.

Multi Works for Me
The only multi I take.
I've tried it, off and on, for several years and always seem to return to this particular product.
However, scientific reviews are unavailable.
Here's my personal position, for whatever that's worth:
60 year old male who runs 30 minutes every other day with regular strength training in between.
Lots of work stress and long hours.
That said, I personally experience increased energy, drive (yes that), and no crash when recurrently using the product.
For me, it helps; and, I'd recommend it to anyone considering a multivitamin

It?s loaded! But ugh, the taste!
This product has everything but the kitchen sake in it. At least, that?s what the label says. I would really like to know if it?s true. Are vitamins routinely checked for factual labeling? I doubt it but I don?t know. What i DO know is it CLAIMS to have lots of everything in it, and, it tastes like vomit. It does! The label calls the taste ?delicious? so right there I?m skeptical about the ingredients too. I guess it?s a matter of trust. If the ingredients are really accurate, I can put up with the ghastly taste. I?ll do more research on this but we warned: it really tastes terrible.

Very Good Product
Very good Product!! works good for my wife she is a Diabetic and has a eleostomy and other health issues this liquid vitamins is good for people that can't take pills. She has a lot more energy been taking it for about a year.

I have been taking this multi-vitamin product for over 30 years and I feel that it does everything that it claims to do. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in taking a multi-vitamin.
