easy way to ingest Vitamin D
so many Americans are Vitamin D deficient and it is suggested to have your doctor or nutritionist request you get tested to see what your level is. If you find (like many others) that you are in fact Vitamin D deficient, this is an easy way to take a daily dose along with getting out a few minutes a day to get a little sun.

Great vitamin d tests
Liquid vitamin d was recommended to me by a doctor because my body did not absorb this vitamin from tablets or capsules, and I was quite deficient. I have had great tests since I began using this liquid form. Both my husband and I use it and can recommend the taste. It is mildly citrus and not offensive.

I would not buy this new formula again.
I have been buying this product for a while now. However, a month ago I reordered it and something in the formula has been changed. It used to taste orange and sweet...delicious. Now, it is just an oily gross taste. The kids used to like it and take it easily. They can't stand the yucky taste of it now. Even though, the bottle says citrus, it is not a citrus flavor but rather an oily, yuck flavor now. Very disappointing! I wish they would go back to the orange citrus flavor they had!

I won't buy this product anymore.
They have used this since 2009, but this year they must have changed the formula, because it tastes terrible. It has any oily salty taste. It used to taste good and somewhat sweet. I am going to look for another brand, because I hate the new taste. They should go back to the old formula if they hope to keep selling this.

I am not as happy with the product any more.
I primarily buy this product for my two young sons and they have noticed a stronger citrus taste in recent months. I tried it myself and am not a big fan of the taste. My one son has acid reflux, so the additional citrus flavoring is not be the best for him. I am considering looking for another brand that does not have the citrus flavor at least not a strong. I would like to see a version without the strong citrus taste as an option.

Best Answer:  I don't think there is - alcohol is not listed as one of the ingredients. It doesn't taste like it has alcohol- it has a buttery flavor

What is vegetable glycerin?

Best Answer:  Vegetable glycerine comes from vegetable oil, usually palm or coconut. It has strong humectant properties, meaning it is able to retain moisture. It is clear, colorless and sweet. It is soluble in water and alcohol, and one of the most common additives in a range of products from cosmetics to food.

From my understanding, I only drop five droplets into my super green food and water every morning, as printed on the front of the bottle and also on the back instructions. I have been using this product for years, and I love it. I hope that helps you!
