About This Product

Nutritional support for healthy digestion and overall well-being. Pancreatin, oxbile and papain are specially coated to provide release of these enzymes in the intestines. Cellulase, hemi-cellulase and lactase are specially coated to provide release of 50% of these enzymes in the stomach and 50% in the intestines.

helps digestion
Without the Gall Bladder you don't produce all of the enzymes to digest the food. Ultra-Zyme helps replace the enzymes.

I honestly don't remember how I found this product but I'm very thankful I did. I had serious digestive issues including gas, bloating and diarrhea. I would have to use the bathroom within an hour of eating - it didn't matter what kind of food it was. Going out to dinner was not a very fun idea to me. I never felt comfortable being away from home for a very long time. Traveling sounded like a bad idea due to the fact I would have to be close to a bathroom if/when something "happened"...and something always happened. I started with 2 pills a day for about a week and then I was down to 1 pill a day. By the 2nd day I already noticed a difference. By the 3rd day it was like I had a different digestive system! I can't say enough about how great this product is. It changed my life and I can go out and the last thing on my mind is my digestive system. I highly recommend it for anyone suffering from digestive issues that are ruining their lives.

Excellent product
After months and months of indigestion, especially after eating cooked food, I ordered this product based on the reviews from others. This product exceeded all expectations. Unbelievable, but the problem was solved after the first day. I could not believe it, especially after having tried many other products. I am thrilled.

LOVE this!
This is the best supplement I've ever used! I started taking it over two years ago and my stomach issues have vanished. I started by taking the recommended dose of two tablets a day and over night I began feeling like a normal person again without the gas, bloating, diarrhea, etc. that had been plaguing me. I now take it once a day and it keeps those problems away. I highly recommend it!

Digestion after GB surgery
Both I and my husband had post-cholecystectomy syndrome. Look it up on the internet - you always want a lavatory within 20 feet. My Doctor said 40% of GB surgeries have this problem. THIS PRODUCT BROUGHT MY DIGESTIVE SYSTEM BACK TO NORMAL!!! In one week, we will be flying to see my son and see the sights in Denver. I NEVER would have even attempted it without this product. Two pills in the AM and we are ready for the day.

I use this digest enzyme because I no longer have my gallbladder. this contains ox bile which helps with the breakdown of fats. I take it when I take fish oil to help my body absorb it.

Best Answer:  NO. I HAVE BEEN TAKING THIS BRAND OF ENZYMES FOR AT LEAST 20 YEARS. TWO EACH MEAL (THREE TIMES/DAY). USE GOOD JUDGEMENT. IF YOU HAVE A LIGHT MEAL, ONLY USE ONE. I ALSO MUST TAKE ZANTAC BECAUSE OF ESPHOGITIS. ALSO, REVIEW THE CURRENT MEDS/VITS YOU ARE TAKING TO SEE IF SOMETHING IS NOT JIVING. Malt Diastase is a byproduct of Barley, so product is not exactly gluten free. Fair warning?

Best Answer:  Katherine – I am gluten intolerant/sensitive and have taken 6-8 Ultra-Zymes EVERY day for the past 5 years so that my body can tolerate dairy. I am on a totally gluten free diet and these have never bothered me. Please note I do not have Celiac disease, so it may be different for someone with the actual disease. Hope this is helpful to you. :)

Best Answer:  I take two in the morning just as I start to eat breakfast. I think you shouldn't take them on an empty stomach or you could get heartburn. At least I do. Sometimes I take 2 more later in the day if I have a big meal. And then I take them with the meal.
