Caution
It definitely works as an internal deodorant. It keeps you regular and I truly believe it works on improving your iron, but I am concerned about the soybean oil and soy lecithin in this product. These ingredients can act like estrogen which my not be good.

tiktok made me buy it!
Started working for me within a week, surprisingly. I wish I had found out about this as a high school athlete. If you sweat and stink easily, I definitely recommend this product. It made me smell sweet, like syrup.

Nice product
I bought it because I was switching to natural deodorant which doesn?t keep me fresh long. People said this should help but it didn?t make a difference. I did notice I stopped having morning breath & certain foods didn?t alter my breath.

  I don't think so. I use it because I have an ileostomy and the Chlorofresh neutralizes intestinal odor. I have not noticed any effect on the breath.

I noticed on the back of the pictured bottle here, it says take two gel capsules 1-2 times daily. However, I have the exact same bottle, yet, the back of mine says take 2 gel capsules once a day. So, which is it?
