Somewhat effective, but not a great standalone supplement
Has to be paired with another digestive enzyme supplement to work at its best. The combination is highly effective, though. Take it from someone with severe IBS. I can eat basically any FODMAP consequence-free thanks to this cocktail of supplements.

Ex the maltodextrine = perfection
I would have given this a 5 but it has maltodextrine which is proven to work against digestion, killing the good bacteria. Take the maltodextrin out and you would have a perfect product.
