I honestly can't tell if this product has any effect. I have been trying to whittle down those last pesky 5 pounds that I just can't seem to shake, no matter how intense or varied my workouts are. I hoped this would help get me there. Since I have been using Night Burn I continue to hover on the scale around the same 2 lb swing... up a pound one day, down a pound another, etc. However, I have been sleeping really well, which has been something of a noticeable difference. So, maybe I could say I've received mixed results? No extra weight loss, but better sleep.

Im on day 3 of trying the night burn out. I took a half dose the first 2 nights to see how it affected me. It dont sleep much at night as it is. But I was able to sleep and actually feel like I slept, and actually got some sleep. Trying a regular dose tonight! I dont like the flavor of the night burn, because it doesnt have a flavor. Which is fine by me. As fast purchasing again. I am putting no for now. Only because I dont want to give a 3 day absolution review.
