Best omega supplement
I enjoy taking Nordic Naturals omega supplement . It has a nice lemon taste with no aftertaste later . It has high intensity Omega to support a healthy heart . Generally supports optimal wellness.

Great product!
Unlike another reviewer stated, I don't think this product's labeling is confusing at all. Most supplements today require you to take more than one capsule to meet the recommended dosage. This is nothing new. I love Nordic Naturals products for pure, high quality fish oil and helping to maintain overall health!

Confusing label
The label on the front of the bottle says1280 mg Omega 3. This leads you to believe that each gel cap has 1280 mg of omega 3. BUT, the label on the back says that the serving size is 2 soft gels. Therefore, you have to take TWO soft gels each dose to get the full dose of 1280 mg. Poorly labeled. No other medications are labeled this way. Nordic Naturals, you should correct this so people take the correct dose they are trying to take, and not under dose themselves.
