Very palatable
I kind of dreaded how this would taste. I just can't swallow the usual monster Omega 3 gel caps. I thought I might regret this purchase but there isn't much flavor so I was pleasantly surprised. I take the CoQ 10 gummy after to get the oil out of my mouth. It's only been a couple days so I can't speak to results yet.

I cannot live without this product.
I have severe osteoarthritis throughout most of my body. I have tried everything imaginable, from Tumeric to Cactus juice, cherry extract, every arthritis drug on the market. Nothing provides relief to my hands and elbows like this stuff. Originally took it to ward off colds, but ironically it cured some of my pain. I have to get off of it 7 days prior to steroid injections to thicken my blood, and it is a miserable 5 days! Who knows, it might work for you too!

I always choose this product
This brand is one of a very few that tests every batch for iodine. Most test randomly and that is not good enough. I know that when I take Omega Complete there is no iodine.

No Fish Taste!!!
This is the only fish oil capsule I've tried in at least 15 years that does not bother me. No fish taste, no burping, no problems. And after one month of use there is already less dryness in my skin.

Best Answer:  I could see no reason not to give omega softgels to your 14 yr. old. I wouldn't give 2 softgels but 1 would be beneficial. I buy the same brand for my 2 dogs and it has helped their hair and skin dramatically. I know it is heart healthy cause I took them after my chemo to strengthen my heart and I'm back to normal. It is a great supplement and very pure.
