Liquid -Yes! Lemon flavor - sadly nonexistent.
It is so much easier to take the liquid Omega 3's and I love that. However the advertised lemon flavor is nonexistent.

The Best Omega 3 Oil in the World.
I read about -Nordic Naturals years ago as one of the best fish oil companies in the world. They have expanded their offering so that they offer many more products, but their oils remain, in my opinion the best in the world. I think every one starts with capsules but I have migrated to the free oil because it allows you to take more with no stomach upset and the results are really fantastic. 1 teaspoon every day in Orange Juice creates a real improvement in your overall feeling of health.

Easy to take
I bought this because the balance of EPA to DHA is what I was looking for. The surprising bonus is that it's easy to take. The flavor is mild, and it seems to be easy to digest as it doesn't give me fishy burps.

Oil your joints from the inside out !
The sqeaky wheels get the oil ...and my creaky joints get the fish oil ! I am a very active 69 year old woman who spends a lot of time on her feet. Before taking the fish oil I would be very achy by the end of the day. After 1 week on the oil my joints no longer ache at night. Taking my omegas will be on my to do list everyday !!

Not what it used to be
Was on it since 2017 and loved it but just over the last few months there has been a noticeable change in the formula all benefits I used to get out of it clearer head little to no brain fog better moods suddenly just went away after starting a new bottle dunno what they changed but I wish they would change it back

I'm withholding a star because it seems a little early to review this. I've been taking this for over a month, and I am in generally better spirits than usual, but there are other variables to consider, so I can't attribute my better mood ONLY to this fish oil.

Does this product, the ULTIMATE OMEGA ULTRA, have the same ingredient as the ULTIMATE OMEGA (that I currently take and love), that promotes good mood?

Best Answer:  This product has 1000 IU of Vitamin D3 which is very good for the heart, brain and immune support. I alternate this one and the EPA Xtra, it is a 4 to 1 ratio of the EPA to the DHA, i am a heart patient and these were recommended by my cardiologist.The nordiac naturals are the best over the counter fish oils in my opion and my doctors.Hope this enlightens you.
