Uncharacteristic fishy smell
I was very disappointed by the fishy smell. It should not be fishy at this price. NN quality control is slipping or they are not keeping it cool during shipping.

Good, But Expensive
Very good product. Does not have an unpleasant taste, although it does taste fishy. The lemon flavor does not cover up the fishy taste, so if you don't like the taste of fish oil, don't buy this product. My biggest criticism is the price. It is very expensive.

Could not stomavh
I've used barleans omega swirl for a couple of years and like it. Unfortunately my doctor suggested doubling the dose so I decided to try the Ultimate Omega. Unfortunately, I could not stomach the taste and ended up returning the product. Do not know if effective or not.

I like it!
My sister uses the product she had a stroke. It is great for her high blood pressure, blood sugar, and heart. It has a strong fishy smell and the lemon flavor doesn't do much for that. But it is a great product. I will recommend.

I tried many fish oil pills and liquid, and this is the best for improving mood and weight loss.It is expensive but it does the trick!
