Great product! No more dry eye!
This product is amazing! Enough Omega 3's and DHA's for my dry eye symptoms to go away completely and no fish burps! The capsules are sometimes stuck together but when they are I just bang the bottle against the counter to separate them. I'm not sure why people are using their hands to separate them. I also only order these for pickup, never shipped. If I were to order them shipped I'm sure it'd be worse as I live in AZ.

Leaky capsules
This was a great product and used it for years. But now for the last year the capsules all are come stuck together and pulling them apart breaks the capsules and leaks the contents. A waste of money.

Gross- I give up!
Started using the product 3-4 years ago because someone in my household is *very* sensitive to the taste of fish oil capsules and the experience of "fishy" burps. This product seemed like the perfect solution because it packs such a high volume of omegas into a single lemon capsule.

Initially, we had bottles that were good: some capsules stuck together, but able to be pulled apart; product performed as advertised. But it's been all downhill from there. I keep *wanting* this to work and for it to just be a fluke that to occasionally get a bottle with sticky capsules. I initially I blamed time of year, poor shipping, experience, and on and on... but every bottle was always bad.

I've finally given up and cancelled my auto-delivery: the product is consistently of poor quality and I don't want to keep paying for a premium product that is terrible to use. The pills all get stuck together and burst to create the worst fishy smell ever. There was a notable progression from "stuck together but not smelly" in earlier bottles to "stuck together and stinking to high heaven" in every recent bottle. As a person who takes "standard" fish oils and isn't bothered by the smell of a neutral capsule, I can testify that the smell of this product is astoundingly strong, lingering, and terrible once the capsules burst. And every bottle seems to have a few burst capsules (either upon arrival or over the course of daily use), a definite problem for a product whose primary attractive feature is lemon and lots of volume to make taking fish oil easy and pleasant.

It's been such a terrible experience that the sensitive-to-fish-oil member of our household now much prefers taking the regular Vitamin Shoppe fish oil (previously rejected as too fishy), because that product is downright appealing compared to this travesty.

Hoping I can return to this product again eventually, but after sticking it out for a very long time, I don't have any confidence we were burned by a *temporary* quality control issue.

Capsules all stuck together
I don't know if the capsules had gotten too hot or if there was leaking of a capsule, but all of the capsules were stuck together in one big blob.

I don't like the lemon flavor always use the original I can taste the lemon all day but I need the 2150 mg and can not seem to find them online

I have been using this product for a long time. I like the amount of omega 3 in it. This was the first time I purchased it through Vitamin Shoppe and I’m not sure what happened, but all the pills are stuck in one big clump in the bottle. I’ve never had this problem before when I purchased it elsewhere. I will probably try Vitamin Shoppe one more time, but if this happens again, then I’ll go back to where I’ve purchased it in the past.
