Great Prebiotic
I needed a really good prebiotic which is very hard to find. Nutra Flora FOS has worked really well, you take 3 a day with meals, and it is in capsule form. Even my doctor endorsed it!

Great Product
First off you never take a Pre-biotic with a Pro-Biotic. I take my Pro-Biotic in the morning them the Pre-Biotic at Dinner. Absolutely no issues and this product works great. A pre-biotic helps with the good bacteria in your gut. This works great if you have diverticulitis or other gut issues.

Horrible Experience
I took this at the same time as my probiotic and I was wondering why I started feeling super bloated , brain fog, no appetite and sick for the past couple weeks...I stopped taking this and started improving...I have a history of IBS and this made it worse. Its been a few days and I don't feel 100% like myself.

Allergic reaction
I am sorry to report that I had an allergic reaction to this product. It was very gradual. After the second week, I was experiencing extreme stomach bloat, headaches, and weight gain of 10 -15lbs. It felt like I was living under water. My arms and legs felt like cement, I had constant brain fog and extreme fatigue. I never really felt awake the entire time I took it, which was one month, I was expecting the initial reaction to go away but it only got worse the longer I took it. I can not recommend this.

Does this work for c diff? And what is the dosage recommended.

  I cannot speak to the question of specifically c-diff. Nutra Flora FOS is the 'sugar' food to help the probiotic (good bugs/bacteria) you choose to take proliferate and stay healthy. One probiotic and one nutra flora fos.
