I can't begin to tell you how this product has made a profound difference in my lifestyle. I didn't realize how much until I ran out of them and tried another brand. The replacement brand was not half as good as " the vitamin shoppe's one daily men's 50+. My energy level increased significantly!!! I walked a little taller. And my wife has noticed a big difference in the boudoir. I'll make sure I keep them on hand!!!

Best quality in this price range
This is the best multivitamin at this price point. There are some better options, but they cost a lot more. Not everyone can afford to spend lots of money on supplements, and these are both beneficial and affordable. They are easy to swallow.

Too big for me to swallow!
These have everything I was looking for in a multi-vitamin, but personally I'd rather take a smaller pill 2 a day that I can actually swallow! They're too big and have hard edges, which I can't handle! I have to dissolve them in juice which takes all night.... which is not convenient!

These large pills are very difficult to swallow. I had to crush each one of them. I won't be purchasing them again, and definitely would not recommend them.

urine concerns
For those of you concerned about urine color. Don't be. It's just the excess of the supplement you didn't absorb. Make sure you are taking with food for maximum effect.

I seem to have a bad reaction to these and the other VS men's formulas. Must be something they use in the coating or filler. Not much energy also. I tried. Return I guess.

Best Answer:  The American nutritional language can be very confusing and misleading. Beta-carotene is NOT vitamin A. Vitamin A is mostly found in animal tissue and hardly ever in any vegetable food. Vitamin A excessive intake is toxic. Its intake must remain below the toxicity threshold. Beta-carotene is one of the several powerful vegetable anti-oxidant pigments called "carotenes" which the human body (in the liver) can transform into vitamin A. There is no known toxicity for carotenes. Supplying the body with ample quantities of carotenes as a raw material for the body to produce the needed amount of vitamin A is the safest and healthiest way to obtain vitamin supplements. Among the carotenes (beta, alpha, gamma, etc...) Beta-carotene is the most efficient in vitamin A transformation which the body does exclusively according to its need. The remaining, "unused" beta-carotene in the body functions as a powerful cleansing anti-oxidant removing damaging free radicals.

Best Answer:  I assume that you mean " what is the size of these tablets"...If that is the question, then this is my answer: These are not very small tablets. You could not get that large amount of benefits in a very small tablet. The size is medium to large, but the shape and the tablet surface makes them very easy to swallow. I do not know any one who reportedly has a problem with the tablet size. Like so many of my friends, I've been taking these tablets for years and I could not be happier.
