This product (Gold Standard 100% Whey - Strawberry Banana) is listed as having NO artificial flavors or sweeteners and that it does not contain soy. Under "Other Ingredients" is listed artificial flavor, lecithin, and Sucralose. Where is the lecithin derived from? Why artificial flavor listed here, along with Sucralose when it is stated previously that it contains none?Thank you.
