      Think about it
      It's good and yes it works but I don't like the fact that it's missing a lot of vitamins that could be added. Like why do I have to use another product so I can have these full sets of vitamins. And this goes for every other protein that doesn't come with the full package of vitamins.

      If you're a first time buyer, experienced lifter or someone that's uses protein powder. Pretty much anything Optimum Nutrition is a safe bet. Never had a bad experience and all the flavors are pretty good. All cheap too.

      I am 13 years old is it OK for me to take this. Is it not recommended for me and or would it be considered unhealthy ?

      Best Answer:  I have not heard of any reason that anyone should not use whey protein based on age, it comes from milk and that is considered a good protein source especially since your body is rapidly growing at that age. Always make sure you drink enough water so that it's easy for your kidneys, and a good idea to blend with frozen berries when you can for all those good antioxidants!

      Best Answer:  There's no creatine in it. I'm actually still a VIP customer with the max healthy awards possible. Got plenty of whey experience -and recommend you to shop at bodybuilding .com. There, often you get free bonus items along with the 100% Whey!

      Is this shake is for general health/weight loss or weight gain?? The product description doesn't specify it's uses and I would hate to spend the money on a product that is gonna make me "bulk up". Thanks for your replies.

      Best Answer:  Protein helps repair muscle tissue that is broken down after a workout. It will not cause you to bulk up. You would need to be lifting heavy and eating a ton of calories for that and even them it is hard for women to gain "bulk".

      Whey protein is fast digesting and optimum is the brand I love the most!

      Best Answer:  The vanilla is great but seriously i love the cookies and crean and the rockie road way more! I do 1 scoop of whey and one half cup of milk and a half cup of some pureed berry or half of a banana then i put about 5 ice cubes in a pint mason jar and shake it good then put in the freezer for before the jim. Its like a rich yummy milkshake or you can blend it up with the ice cubes then freeze it. I have one usually after my work out or before. Either way i eat on the opposite end. Glen
