Good Protein Product
The product itself is great and taste not bad. I enjoy the more naturalized powder.

The manager Zach, trying to give me grief and argumentative when I called him about my pickup order package being opened/tampered. Literally called 30 minutes after pickup. I don't appreciate the argumentative, and not listening to my concern. He may need some training in customer resolution. I'll speak to the other manager tomorrow. Only 3 stars due to customer service aspect!!

Best whey out there!
This is the BEST tasting whey protein I've ever had. I've tried multiple brands and flavors and this by far is the best. Mixes very well and extreme milk chocolate does taste pretty similar to nesquik with of course that distinct whey protein taste without all of the added sugar.

First I'd like to open my review with thanking the Vitamin Shoppe for having this protein powder at such a good price and for such fast shipping. I've tried the product now for 2 days and I have to say that so it's impossible to tell if it's working yet cuz it will take a couple months I think, I got to tell you I did not care for the taste I used to use metrics very similar to this product and I thought the flavor was better. if I add it to soy milk unsweetened and I put in a tablespoon of Splenda it taste better the less water a little thicker and I like it better I wish they would make this product so it would get thicker not quite like a milkshake but almost because products go into the stomach and keep you full for a very long time. more watery these drinks are you just swallow them and it doesn't really do much for the Hunger sometimes yeah sometimes no. I'm just taking it because I need extra protein my body lost a lot of weight and I have just had a tummy tuck it seems like I cannot build muscle and it seems like I have more sag and flab than ever before so protein powders did not help me during my weight loss to get stronger or to become more solid that's the elastin in our skin and someone's got to come out with a pill we can take daily to actually give us more lasting as we get older so our skin does not sag I'm hoping it's Japan there an honorable people you can trust when they put something out unlike China we import so much crap from China nothing works everything Fades breaks falls apart it's just not worth the money or the room it's taking up in our landfills already.

fake chocolatey flavor
forced to buy this flavor after reading all the praise and positives to this flavor, I'm just going to say it, its straight up nasty, the chocolate tastes bad, like a expired or fake chocolate flavor) this is by no means similar to drinking chocolate milk, as most say, this flavor let me down, and don't even bother mixing this with water, its a no-no. I liked the chocolate malt and rocky road flavor MUCH MUCH better.

This is a great brand of Whey protein. Love the flavor, good for baking. Only complaint is sometimes it doesn't mix that great.
