definitely try it!
I've been lifting seriously since 2004, have tried a lot of different pump agents. I'm not lean enough ATM to see striations, vascularity etc during a good pump, but I defintely believe this product works -- it's different. With this I don't just see the increased volume / size a pump produces, I *feel* it in the target area before I see it. I use 2 scoops at a time, mixed into my pre-workout. It's not magic; you have to have sets geared toward a pump, and be engaged and working…
