Helps your hair and skin
Can't taste it, not sure if it's making my stomach feel upset. My hair is improving and is fuller. I have thin baby hair that is frizzy. Believe this is a great supplement

Too fishy of a taste
Oh gosh, there is definitely a taste and it's not a nice one. I was hoping that my daughter would take this to help her hair fill in and I was going to take it for joints and skin. When I mixed it a partial scoop with water and juice I gagged after drinking it. What a bummer!

Great results, must be consistent for results
I have been using this product daily for 7 mos. I combine with a high-quality hyaluronic acid pill for better results. I am 74 and my cellulite has practically diminished. Results will improve but you must stick with it. Nails grow faster and hair no receding hairline.
