About This Product

PRE-KAGED is an award-winning pre-workout formulated to deliver an intense and dialed-in training session to help you lift heavier, push longer, and crush workouts like never before. Every serving delivers premium, patented, and scientifically tested ingredients that give you more for your money than any other formula available.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 16 - 20 ounces of cold water in a shaker bottle 30 to 45 minutes before workout. Continue to shake bottle lightly between sips and drink entirely within 25 minutes of mixing.

Contains 274 mg of caffeine per serving or about as much caffeine as 2.5 cups of coffee. Avoid using with other caffeinated products or if you are sensitive to caffeine because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally, rapid heartbeat. Consult your physician prior to using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 years of age, taking medication or have a medical condition. Immediately discontinue use and contact your physician if any adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children. Exposure to moisture or heat may cause powder to clump or harden. Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight, humidity and high temperatures. Replace lid securely after use. This products contains a silica gel pack. Do not eat. Never lets me down
Steady energy without the jitters. Doesn't upset my stomach like the Elite version. Krisp Apple is my favorite and it mixes completely.

Didnt doo much for me
I have always heard Pre-Kaged was a great pre workout. I have taken it a couple of days and it doesn't seem like it did much for me. Maybe I need to try it a few more days before I give up on it. Taste is great. its probably great for some. It just did nothing for me.

Best Answer:  Brittany, although I am a male/father I know you should always check with your DR. before taking any supplements while pregnant. But as you might know a woman’s body is incredibly good at filtrating for the baby, just as precaution check with Dr first as some things in supplements are not FDA approved. Goood luck.
