      Directions

      As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 16 - 20 ounces of cold water in a shaker bottle 30 to 45 minutes before workout. Continue to shake bottle lightly between sips and drink entirely within 25 minutes of mixing.

      Contains 274 mg of caffeine per serving or about as much caffeine as 2.5 cups of coffee. Avoid using with other caffeinated products or if you are sensitive to caffeine because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally, rapid heartbeat.       Day one in the books
      Day one in the books with this pre workout! I am very sensitive to the itch but the low dose in this pre work out is perfect. Just enough itch to know it is working but not uncomfortable. Pink Lemonade had great taste. Mixing isn't the best but I can work around that.

      The only pre-workout you need
      This pre-workout does exactly what it says it will do. At 50 years old I need A little spark to get a great workout in. Pre-Kaged Is my go-to! I start drinking it about an hour before my workout and I am ready to go when I hit the gym!

      The price is excellent. The ingredients are excellent. The ratio of ingredients is excellent.

      I've followed Kris Gethin for around 10 years now. Before he had products. Loved his work outs, tried this product when it first came out and it was great then. I fell out of working out for the past 5 years because of kids. Getting back into it and trying this product again I can say it's only improved. Amazing taste, amazing focus, and energy.

      Best Answer:  Brittany, although I am a male/father I know you should always check with your DR. before taking any supplements while pregnant. But as you might know a woman’s body is incredibly good at filtrating for the baby, just as precaution check with Dr first as some things in supplements are not FDA approved. Goood luck.
