Why?
So I purchase the capsules a few times before and enjoyed the benefits from it. Decided to repurchase again, but this time the capsules are extra long. To some it may not seem like a big deal. But to me it's a big deal and I will not repurchase the capsules again.

They work!
I've been taking these for awhile and at first I wasn't sure if they were working. I ran out last week and my allergies were pretty bad. I hadn't even realized how much these have helped with my allergies and congestion. I take two in the morning and two in the evening to have a full tablespoon which is one dose.
