Each scoop contains 17 grams of clinically dosed ingredients—including 8g of l-citrulline malate, 4g of beta-alanine, and 2.5g of betaine anhydrous.

DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Taking one-half [1/2] scoop mixed with 8-10 ounces of water, 20-30 minutes before training to determine tolerance. If increased intensity is desired, take one [1] level scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. Important: During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is caused by Beta-Alanine.

Love this brand, but ...
Let me start by saying I love transparent Labs products especially whey protein (oatmeal chocolate chip is good) and protein bars. However, coming from someone who regularly uses extremely high stim pre-workout like Woke AF and even Motherbucker (iykyk), this is not SEEM to be stim-free. the directions says to drink this 20-30 minutes before your workout. I drank this in the car on my way to the gym (only a 15 minute drive) and I started getting jitters that were on a level close to Motherbucker which is high stim. I still use this when I need high stim. Maybe I am sensitive to some of the ingredients which makes this high stim for me. I am still in search for low stim.

It don't disappoint
Please trust this review! I'm a product junkie and have tried many pre-workouts, including ones loaded with 400mg of caffeine. This pre-workout is the real deal and a game changer! If you work in the afternoon, this is the route to take! I will never go back to a caffeinated supplement after trying this one. I think the taste is great, it mixes well, and within 15-20 minutes, you'll be powering through your workout! I'm not just recommending this; I truly think you its a must have because it's worth it! Not to mention the beautiful, uninterrupted sleep I get afterward. Please don't hesitate-you need this!

Solid pump without and no caffeine crash
