Directions

Take one (1) rounded teaspoon (5 g) daily. Start by taking one (1) serving per day. Gradually increase to three (3) servings per day if needed. Stir powder briskly into at least eight (8) ounces (full glass) of liquid.

This product must be taken with at least 8 oz. of water, as it contains Psyllium Husks. Taking Psyllium Husks without a full glass of liquid may cause choking. Consult your health care provider prior to use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication, have any medical conditions or have difficulty swallowing. Store in a cool, dry place. Use a sifter to add to your drink / has this product changed formulation?
For everyone who needs advice on how to mix this into a beverage: get a sifter. Something small like a matcha sifter works, but so does something bigger. Get a sifter, dump your powder in, and tap tap tap it in as you stir your beverage.For everyone else--I have this on auto-fill. It's great psyllium husk fiber
I don't get the negative reviews. It's psyllium husk fiber: if you don't mix it well, it will glob up and be a mess. This mixes exactly like any other pure psyllium husk fiber I've ever used, and I use it daily. Get a cheap milk frother and it'll mix in to water just fine. I'm buying 2 more tubs right now.

Works but hard to mix and swallow
It works as a source of fiber. It will regulate you. It does not dissolve well in milk or water with a spoon stirring. I drink it down in one gulp, but that is still unpleasant. The powder will try to stick to everything - the glass, the spoon, your gums in your mouth. The flavor is not that bad, its more the texture and feeling in your mouth and getting it down that's not great.

A very bad product formulation
This is the abosolute worst product. Impossible to mix, makes a sticky mess and even will glue itself to your teeth. Unbelievable that Vitamin Shoppe would have this product in their lineup. If they would have tried it, they wouldn't sell it. BAD!

Good value, difficult powder.
Excellent value for its serving count, however it mixes horribly. You have to pour in the powder slowly and with space, I advice you use something like an automatic shaker bottle to make it easier to deal with.

Great stuff, but must use shaker cup!
Yes, and all PURE psyllium powders work fantastically ! All you need for this to work out great is get a shaker cup. You get your nine or 10 ounces of water 1 tablespoon of this stuff you shake it up real good for about 10 seconds pop the lid off and chug it down cause it will if you let it sit there.. he'll up.This is the fiber you want to take any other fiber is a joke, but you have to use a little bit of effort and get a cup with a lid that seals to shake it up. ok if you mix it with non-powdered husks
The review from Joan D on 7/2/2024 is correct, however, I mixed my last batch with non-powdered psyllium husks along with some expired orange flavored psyllium powder that I'm using up (a different brand), and it works great. My ratio is (based on volume, not weight), one scoop of the orange flavored powder, two scoops of this product, and three scoops of non-powdered psyllium husks. It works for me, so I am purchasing more of this product today.

Excellent Product (But for the money? Not sure about that)
Looks like the price has gone up around 400% compared to my last visit here (may have been a couple years ago. Hard to say since they've deleted my order history).It was a very good product, but I'll be shopping around for a better price.The other reviewer complained about the consistency, but that is what it's supposed to be.He was used to a highly processed and refined product - this one is not like that.I'll give it 5 stars, even though the price increase was shocking.
