The Cookies and Cream are a delicious and filling bar. They are great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I did have a shipping issue with Fedex and no fault of Quest. Shipping was delayed and my package arrived warm with ice packs melted. The icing on the bars were somewhat melted.

BEST Protein Bar!!!
This is by far my favorite protein bar! (Maybe even my favorite food!) It's like an Oreo flavored rice crispy treat coated in milk white chocolate. These bars are a much bigger size than most protein bars and with just 150 cal and a whopping 18g protein these are really a winner! I used to buy a variety of protein bars and always switch off. After finding these I gave all the bars in my house to a friend and now it's Quest hero cookies and cream bars everyday!

how do they arrive at the carb count?  I substracted fiber and sweetener and still have higher carbs.

Best Answer:  This supplement has 23 grams of total carbs. To arrive at the impact or net carbs you would subtract the fiber content of 6 grams. Additionally, the supplement uses 11 grams of allulose which is a naturally occurring sugar alternative and 3 grams of erythritol which is a sugar alcohol. Both of these ingredients do not impact blood sugar, as they are not absorbed by the body. Subtracting the fiber, allulose, and erythritol from the total carbs give you a net carb count of 3 grams.
