Hi Beth Anne. I have bought several of the Quest bars for at least a year now. I have them regularly including the Chocolate Brownie flavor. These bars are very dense and filling. I would suggest only eating half a bar first and see how you react. That is what I did and had no problems with the digestion. Remember to drink plenty of water when having so much fiber. My digestive system is very sensitive but yet I have not had a problem.

As I said these bars are dense and filling so they may seem heavy in your digestive system. I often only eat half a bar at a time. I do eat them almost every day and have not had a problem with them at all. No pain or stomach distress at all. They do however keep me regular.

  Hi Beth Anne. I have tried all of the Questbars, including the one you are asking about and have had absolutely NO digestive problems with this bar.

Quest has made an amazing product and whereas many other bars include sugar alcohols, gluten, etc.. Quest has set the "bar" (pardon the pun) on nutrition in their product. I'm not sure many if any nutrition bars can compete. You can read about the reviews by googling them.

Beyond pleased.

  I actually get these bars for my daughter because she doesn't eat anything that has soy in it. But now that you mention it, for two days I had these bars for breakfast and I did find that it was a little harder to go - if you know what I mean. Literally!!!! My daughter said that they don't effect her that way.

  True, these are high in fiber, so they will make you need to go to the restroom soon after consuming them. If your body is not used to having this much fiber, I would suggest eating half of the bar for each serving.

  I eat at least one of the chocoalte brownie Quest bars each day. I have had no digestive discomfort or other symptoms as a result of this. I also eat other Quest bars, but this one is my favorite.

  I HAVE NOT HAD ANY DIGESTIVE DISCOMFORT AND I USUALLY DO WITH OTHER FIBER BARS. I AM LOVING THE QUESTBARS THAT I HAVE TRIED AND LOOKING FORWARD TO TRYING OTHER FLAVORS.

  I got a little belly bloat after eating these- so maybe use a smaller serving size (start with half a bar). I rarely eat them now.

  No problems with the fiber content. I am happy to have another good source of fiber in my diet.

  There are no sugar alcohols in the Chocolate Brownie bars per the ingredient/nutritional label, and also as stated right in the Vitamin Shoppe's product description where it says: "No sugar or sugar alcohols used."

They are sweetened with Lo Han Guo and sucralose.

There is only 1 gram of sugar.

  I would buy the chocolate chunk over these. They are good but at the end of the day it's a protein bar. My favorites are chocolate chip cookie dough and their newest S'mores. The Oreo are pretty good too. I hope that helps.

  These are my favorite. So filling, healthy, and satisfying. I love them. They taste a lot like a brownie. But if you pop it in the microwave for a few seconds it is like eating a fresh brownie out of the oven. I have to fight my 23 year old daughter for these. .

  Yes, it's OK. It has a brownie taste, but harder. Not crunch hard, more like taffy or caramel hard. Kind of chewy. Out of all the Quest bars, the Apple Pie and White Chocolate Raspberry are my favorites! They are delish!!!

  I love the brownie bars, they are so filling and yummy. Not exactly a brownie, however they are much better than most bars that have this much protein and limited sugar.

  They are satisfying to me. And these are the recommended bars for bod builders. They are low in sodium and carbs
