Directions

Mix 1 level scoop (scoop included) with 8 ounces of water for a snack. Mix 2 level scoops with 16 ounces of water for a meal. Delicious mixed with almond or rice milk.

Favorite Shakes by far
These are my favorite protein shakes. The flavors are good, they dissolve pretty smoothly and they seem to do all they claim. I have been using them for the last 3 years. Definitely one the best on the market for females too.

Best protein powder I've tried
I have been using this for 2 weeks and I have lost 3 lbs. I do intermittent fasting and stick to a low carb diet as well. This protein powder keeps me fuller longer more than any other I've tried. It is chock full of other vitamins also. I love that it has a higher protein amount than most powders ive tried with minimal calories.

The taste isn't the best, but not the worst, but tastes really rich and smooth in extra creamy oat milk. I don't usually care if something doesnt taste exceptional, though, as long as it is working I'll continue to purchase.

I use thus supplement as a recovery or a lunch supplement before an afternoon ride/workout. You feel the energy boost and this takes your hunger away at the same time. Excellent preworkout supplement!
