Doesn't Blend Well
This stuff is terrible. Does not blend well with anything and you're left with a mess of clumps. As a result, most of it is getting thrown out and not ingested. What a waste of money! Vital Proteins blends way better...going back to this brand.

My hairdresser recommended collagen peptides for my hair. I went grocery shopping right after I left the salon and bought Garden of Lift Collagen Peptides. After about two weeks, I noticed the little bit of crepiness on my neck had started to disappear. I have continued taking it for just over two months and have noticed a significant difference in skin and hair condition. Even my eyelashes are stronger.
