Strongly reccommend

I've been using this product for several years, I find it very effective in destroying free radicals. You have to take it for a while to get it into your system. It does reverse the aging process. I am 60 years old soon to be 61, most people think I am in my mid 40's to early 50's. I take one tablet in the morning, and 1 at night before I go to bed. The only thing I would say I don't like about it is the price. But the benefits out weigh the price.

Big enough to choke a horse!

Obviously it's impossible to judge the efficacy of this product, but I will say that the capsules are big enough to choke a horse! They are VERY difficult to swallow, which probably explains why they are on sale. Would be nice to have been warned.

What is your experience with Resveratrol and is it worth spending my money on?

I read such positive reports about Resveratrol that I wanted to use it and this brand was recommended to me as the best. It has benefits associated with red wine and grape seed extract. But research says they haven't found a product that reproduces the effects of red wine that requires less than the equivalent of 200 glasses of wine so I'm not 100% sure this does the job. From what I've read I decided to use this product. My friend uses 500 mg. I use 250, but I'm not sure of that either. The price is right. I'm very, very healthy. I hope this helps.

Beverly,I have been taking Resveratrol for 15 months. I can't tell you if it works or not, but my illness has not progressed since then. I do believe in the research that has shown some positive results using Resveratrol for certain ailments. My Naturopathic DR. recommended it and I don't disagree. I do believe that this product at the Vitamin Shop is the best one on the market and the price is very good for the quality. Hope that helps

I don't drink and so I take this supplement to get the antioxidant benefits that red wine would provide. The very knowledgeable doctor who oversees my intake of vitamins and supplements is for it. I used to buy it at Trader Joe's for a very good price, but it was discontinued. Hope this helps.

Everything I've read indicates that reservatrol is likely to help your health and longevity at least a little. So it's a judgement call relative to your own balance btw health and money

According to the bottle, this product is made from the whole red grape and not wine. Each capsule contains 250 mg. or 500 mg depending on which dosage one buys.
