  This is a capsule. It is about 1 inch long by about 3/8 of an inch wide. It is a gelatin capsule that contains a powder. I imagine that you could open the capsule and consume the powder, however, I don't know what it would taste like.

  Resveratrol is a capsule. You can't split it, but you can open the capsule and mix it with something. They don't taste very good, so I wouldn't recommend it. The capsules aren't very big.

  It's a pretty standard size capsule. It can be opened and the contents removed quite easily, as the supplement is in powdered form; however, I shudder to think what it tastes like.

  on the box it says "contains trans-resveratrol, proven to trigger the SIRTI 'longevity gene.' under ingredients, it says that it contains a minimun of 250 mg of trans-resveratrol. hope that helps.
