Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix each scoop In 10-14 fl. Oz. of water (adjust for taste preference) and shake well. On training days, consumer 1 scoop during exercise and 1 scoop after exercise. On non-training days, consume 2 scoops throughout the day. For best results, use two scoops per day.

Remove the dyes!!!
Tastes great, works great but HATE all the dyes. Mango is favorite flavor but I don't want to walk around with an orange mouth and teeth. Not a good look over the age of 10 - plus they're not good for you.

Used to taste amazing, now Its horrível! Just read that they also took out the amazing stuff that were in the fórmula! Now I just cant stand the product that used to be amazing! Never again!

Great, except for the dye.
Watermelon tastes great and really helps my post ************ aches and pains after a workout BUT WHY THE RED LAKE #40 DYE?
Join the health supplement club and stop adding dye, please. I'm already looking elsewhere.

What did you do??!!
I bought the mango madness flavor because I liked the taste when I had it before but it doesn't taste the same now. The coloring is dark and stains!!! Why did you add this horrible dye?! Used to be so good.. not buying again.

Gave me migraines
I took this for about 2 weeks. I got a really bad headache one day shortly after taking it and didn't think much of it -- I rarely get headaches. The next day I had basically an 'aura' headache where I couldn't see clearly out of my right eye before a huge headache came on that I ended up having to sleep off. Again, the next day, same aura and head ache. I stopped taking it and the symptoms went away.

There is not a clear mention of the artificial sweeteners, but I do think they caused this. I did a search and I am not the only one who has experienced this after taking this. I would stronly recommend against taking these.

The taste was also mediocre.
