Directions

Great mixture combination and flavor
This dissolves very easily into water and the powder is super fine and refined. The flavor is delicious and pretty strong, even when just 1 full scoop is added to 24-30 oz of water.

I coach a spin biking class and when I use this during my workouts, I find my calf and quad performance is better and recovery goes more smoothly after class. I wish it had more sodium, but it's so sweet, I just add a pinch of salt to my water bottle with this mix and it works.

New formula is terrible
This new formula in watermelon flavor is horrible. I used to look forward to my intra-workout drink. Now it diminishes my whole workout experience. Only 2 uses in a brand new container and I'm considering throwing it out. Ugh. Bring back the original formula!!

Terrible New Formula and Taste
What's up with this Elite Recovery new formula? It's terrible and it tastes terrible. Bring back the old formula please. I've used this product for years - I'll be looking for a new BCAA product now.

Life saver for EDS
I bought this product in search of an electrolyte that wont rot my teeth. Unlike most folks here i use it for EDS and POTS both of which require hydration, sodium, and increased electrolytes. Ive been keeping track and drinking this HAS reduced my muscle pains and cramps AND it helps keep me hydrated. I like the taste. Started with blue ras. Added mango and then watermelon and blood orange. Have to say the watermelon is a favorite. I have a subscription now. Needless to say its going well.

Grape tastes amazing!
I love this product. My daughter introduced Xtend to me. I'm always dehydrated and now I drink a lot more water. I'm a type 2 diabetic and this is sugar free using sucralose. It tastes amazing! My favorite flavors are grape, strawberry kiwi and blue raspberry ice.
I don't work out. I am disabled and use a walker and a scooter.

OG equals the best
The original is always the best. It is smooth and taste great in any flavor. It really gives you a push on your workouts and the recovery is way better than just water.
