Once Daily High Energy Multi-Vitamin
At work I couldn't stay awake in the afternoons. I tried numerous kinds of daily vitamins which didn't work. The Solaray Once Daily High Energy Multi-Vitamin finally worked & makes me feel so much better that I have stuck with it for years. I highly recommend it.

High Energy Vitamin
Very happy with this vitamin. I have had problems finding a vitamin that I could actually feel the effects. This one is easy to swallow and I do feel better.

should be called three times daily
I get tired in the afternoon at work. I tried taking one pill before lunch. I do not see a difference in how I feel. I am now taking two pills daily to see if it helps.

High energy
I use to come home from work feeling run down. After starting with this vitamin, I could feel my energy level pick up. If I run out. I will feel my energy level start going back down. This is like pop eye eating his spinagh!

Lots of energy
I just recently bought this because I was feeling very fatigued so I figured that maybe it was because I didnt have enough vitamins in my body. The capsules are kind of big so you do have to drink plenty of water. I usually take in the mornings. This multivitamin gives me a lot of energy. I do not feel fatigued and I can workout without being tired.

Great product and price!
I have been taking these for about a year now and these vitamins are great. I would much rather pay a little more and take 1 pill verses a bunch of pills to get the same daily value. However these are a great price. I have food allergies and notice a big difference when I take these. They help a lot so I can eat the foods I am allergic to. My husband hates taking vitamins but really likes these too. We will be taking these for many years to come.

Best Once a Day vitamin overall!
Been using this brand for several years and really like it! I see a change in my energy level when I use it consistently and when I forget to take it, I really feel tired and not as energetic as I should. I got my husband using it now and he hasn't missed a day in years! Good quality and balanced ingredients for a good price!

Best Answer:  it does not say that specifically - however the label does say:Whole Food and Herb BaseRice Flour, Whole Rice Concentrate (including bran, polishings and germ), Alfalfa (leaf), Watercress (leaf), Chamomile (flowering tops), Carrot Juice, Horsetail (aerial), Yellow Dock (root), Parsley (leaf), Dandelion (root), Kelp.Other ingredients: Gelatin Capsule, Magnesium Stearate, Silica and Lecithin (soy)

Is this vitamin appropriate for a 12-13 year old.?

Best Answer:  I wouldn't think so. It's higher doses of vitamins/minerals are probably not appropriate. It's a regular sized capsule so unless your 12-13 yr old can easily swallow, I would think to go with something else. I liked it for myself but I'm a 125 lb. adult.
