The only vitamins missing from this is the K's.
That is rare, because most are missing many

I've tried out several different prenatal sand although this has a big smell to it, it hasn't upset my stomach at all. It's def my favorite!

Too much vitamin A
They're big and have a funny smell but I felt great taking these through my first trimester. I stopped taking them because I felt the vitamin a level was a little high and going into the second and third trimester, felt I should be supplementing less than what this pill has. You shouldn't have more than 3000 and this is at (I think) 2300ish so I felt like if I ate anything with vitamin a I was going to put my baby at risk, especially as development progressed. The Internet might have scared me for no reason but I feel like these would be perfect if vitamin A was closer to 1300.

Cry babies gotta cry
Yes, they smell, SO WHAT? Are you using them as perfume or lotion? NO. Do they taste bad? Honestly, I DO NOT KNOW, because I DON'T NEED TO CHEW THEM. I just swallow them with water. And no burping or anything at all. These are pills that do the job. If you don't need to find a reason to whine about anything then go ahead and buy them. Or would you prefer them to be sweet and sugary and smell like candy? Then you'd complain they have artificial flavors, chemicals, all bad for youuuu, etc., and continue being dramatic.

I don’t know how they expect a pregnant woman with morning sickness to keep them down. The smell is so bad it makes me throw up. Taste awful and you burp that disgusting taste hours after. I hold my nose and eat a full meal and that helps some.

I would recommend this!
I bought my pills at another store, but they are the same. I started taking them six months before I got pregnant. You have to take them with food or else you'll have an after taste or even throw it up, which has happened to me. I normally take mine during breakfast with a large meal and orange juice to mask the after taste and this works for me. During my 6 to 12 week pregnancy they got more discussing because of my nausea, but after that time I'm more tolerant. I take them because they are affordable and I don't eat pig, which sometimes gelatin can be derived from pig and beef. They do have a strong smell but I generally don't breathe when taking a pill out of it's container and this way the smell won't bother me. They are a vegetarian food base pill so you should expect a strong herbal smell. I like the fact that I am familiar with the ingredients unlike other prenatal vitamins, who knows what they have and they have ingredients that are not even familiar.

Never again!
I purchased these last month. I am NOT pregnant. My hairstylist told me to get a prenatal for hair growth + multivitamin all in one. Somehow I chose these. They are AWFUL. I have taken them for 30 days. The smell is absolutely unbearable, even if I hold my breath! If I burp even hours later, the aftertaste comes up and tastes/smells bad from this prenatal. I have tried taking it with a meal, I still get nauseous or end up throwing all my food up. I have tried taking it first thing of the day before I eat, drinking only water. I still throw it up in 30 minutes or so. I still have half a bottle left, but I give up on this brand/these prenatal vitamins. No way my body is getting any nutrients if I'm constantly throwing the pill right back up 20m-40m later. The manufacturer needs to change the smell and taste of these. And so much for the morning ease blend that's in it, because these make me nauseous and vomit! Disgusting! Waste of money.
